Allen & Gerritsen (A&G) is an independent advertising agency based in Boston and Philadelphia. Their clients include Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Citrix, Comcast, First Citizens Bank, Natixis, National Organization on Disability, TJX Companies and more. The agency’s point of view is that brands are not created, brands are what you get back as a result of your convictions and actions. A&G’s workplace mentoring partnership with Big Sister of Boston reinforces the agency’s commitment to the community and to the next generation of talent. It shows that creativity can come from anywhere and anyone. By participating in "Snapshots of Joy", the Little Sisters from Charlestown and A&G Big Sisters will be able to explore their creativity by being human: listening, taking time to think through ideas quietly vs. succumbing to the noise of technology all around us.
